Stretching Exercise Program for office and manual workers aims of designing simple, effective and healthy work systems to avoid the development of musculoskeletal injuries or discomfort associated with repetitive motions and force exertion tasks at work. By practicing the regular stretching exercises, the employees’ well being will be further enhanced and will help to eliminate or minimize the risks of various injuries, from the short term bodily discomfort to more serious conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and chronic back pain.
